Genispec is a consulting engineering firm that brings together building engineers members of the OIQ, working in the fields of consulting in building engineering, building inspection, structural evaluation, project management and site supervision.
We offer services in the greater Montreal and surrounding areas for multi-residential, commercial, semi-commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Our excellence and leadership in the field is recognized by our building management clients, condominium syndicate, and building owners.
We specialize in the engineering and building inspections required by law 122 of the RBQ which consists of performing facades inspection and underground parking inspection.
We also offer expertise in the field of structural engineering for existing buildings, building inspections, reserve funds study for co-owners, engineering plans and specifications, site supervision and many other services of inspection and engineering.
