Reserve Fund Study

The reserve fund study, also known as a contingency fund, is a detailed report of all repairs required and planned within a given time period to keep your residence up to code. It must include the physical and functional integrity of all the elements of your building, including the common areas. The annual contribution of the co-owners for these types of repairs must be established in advance via a reserve fund study carried out in the rules of Bill 16 by professionals in the field.

Genispec is available for any reserve fund study requests. We can guarantee our teams will work in accordance with current laws and best practices in the field. At Genispec, we care about your daily satisfaction and we will be at your disposal for the entirety of the project. Excellence and reliability are at the heart of what we do.

Reserve Fund Study: Complying with Bill 16 thanks to Genispec

Prevention and precaution are both at the forefront of any reserve fund study. Genispec has a team of engineers, members of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, who ensure interventions are made according to the regulations in force and in compliance with the provisions of the Civil Code of Quebec.

We cater to the Montreal metropolitan community, including Hampstead, Saint-Laurent, Mont Royal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, the West Island, Kirkland, and more. Our mission is to inspect your building and provide you with an estimate of the probable costs associated with the management of the deficiencies observed. Our team will recommend the best possible building maintenance program that takes into account the configuration of your residence while specifying the allotted time needed.

If you have any questions or require additional information, the Genispec team will be pleased to answer your request as soon as possible.
