With law 122, the facade (or exterior) of the building must be inspected upon 10 years of the building\u2019s construction and every 5 years thereafter. This law also states that any parking lots of two storeys or more are to be inspected. A detailed report on the facade inspection and a certificate of compliance must be issued by a professional thereafter.
